Service scope and fees
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, applicable taxes and client responsibilities will be confirmed separately before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Marketplace and government decisions
Marketplace account approval, listing approval, brand approval, search placement, sales, revenue and government processing timelines are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed by GrowVyapar.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful products, required documents and timely approvals. Clients should retain control of their account credentials and must never share OTPs or passwords unnecessarily.
